শর্তাবলী এবং সুরক্ষা নীতিমালা

• ফ্যান ওয়াটার ফ্লাস্কের কোন ওয়ারেন্টি অথবা চেঞ্জ হবে না। তাই অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে সম্পূর্ণ চেক করে বুঝে নিবেন
• অর্ডারের সময় আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য (নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন নাম্বার) কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে। এছাড়াও আমাদের ডাটাবেসে সংরক্ষণ করা থাকবে পরবর্তীতে আপনাকে ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা দেওয়ার জন্য (যদি পণ্য ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে)
• ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল/ভিন্ন, ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ থাকলে, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের ৭ দিনের ভিতরে জানানোর (সেরা হবে ভিডিও রেকর্ড থাকলে)। ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য আমরা হাতে পাওয়ার ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মেরামত / রিপ্লেস করে দিবে
• ৭ দিন পর ওয়ারেন্টি যুক্ত পণ্যে কোন সমস্যা দেখা দিলে ওয়ারেন্টির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী সেটি মেরামতের জন্য গ্রহণ করা হবে। প্রোডাক্ট অফিসে ড্রপ করে দিতে হবে। আপনি চাইলে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ওয়ারেন্টি নিতে পারবেন এবং ৭ দিন পর প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন পাঠাতে কুরিয়ারের চার্জ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।
• পানিতে / কেমিক্যালে / ভেঙে ফেলা / অথবা খোলা হয়েছে, এমন প্রোডাক্ট ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়
• বিক্রি করা পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না, তবে ত্রুটিযুক্ত থাকলে মেরামত / রিপ্লেস করে দেয়া হবে
• নীতিমালার প্রয়োজনে পরিবর্তন হতে পারে এবং সেই পরিবর্তন আমাদের ফেসবুক পেইজের মাধ্যমে আপনাদের অবহিত করবে

Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

• Fan water flask do not have any warranty or after sales service. Please check the product during delivery. Do not receive any faulty unit and you can return it without any charges
• Your address and phone number provided in this form will only be shared with delivery company in order to process your delivery
• Your details will also be saved in our database for warranty claims (if your product have warranty)
• If you receive a wrong product / broken, damaged product please keep a video recording if possible and notify us within 7 days after you receive the product. We will replace the product or repair it within 7 days after we receive the goods
• After 7 days, any problem with the product with warranty will be covered under warranty terms, i.e., the product will be repaired but must be dropped in our office. You can also avail warranty through courier service but in this case the courier charge will be paid by the customer
• Product damaged in water / chemical / broken / product that has been tried to disassemble will not be covered by warranty
• Sold goods are not refundable, however faulty product will be repaired or replaced
• We will notify you immediately via Facebook post if any amendments are made to this privacy policy
